I can’t say enough good things about Island Wide Realty! I found myself needing to move and having to navigate the rental market on Staten Island, and I crossed paths with one of the agents at IWR, Zenel. He was professional, understanding, knowledgeable and friendly and within two days had found me an amazing rental with everything I asked for. The whole team is amazing. When I came to sign the lease, Tony was welcoming, friendly and accommodating, and now I have the keys to my next home. Thank you Island Wide Realty!!

Just plain unprofessional. Saw the house 57 Osgood Ave On a Saturday. I told the realtor can you give me until Monday. I want to make sure My son’s bus company will pick him up Saturday. I got the confirmation I wrote to the realtor I would like to go forward with renting the house and he just went Mia. I tried to text,call and email but never got a response. I called the office I was told he was out the country he should be back the following week. I check on the house and it’s been rented. I never got a call,text or email back.

The man who'd answered when I called this realty was very rude. It took a few moments after he'd picked up on his end, before I heard a hello (didn't even announce the realty name, so I had to ask if it was Island Wide I was speaking with). He seemed irritated that I'd called at 9 (granted it was late, but it's the only time I can get to calling), and he replied in a rather mafioso tone; "YEAH, but at NIGHT? Call during the day, not at NIGHT!".. First and last interaction I'll ever have with this realty!
