Island Realty Group - Wildwood Rentals / North Wildwood Rentals

I rented from Island Realty for the first time this summer, and it won't be the last. They were easy to communicate with during the booking process, and even emailed me confirmations when they received my payments. Check-in was super easy. I just received my security deposit back, which was within the 30-days as noted in our contract.

Been dealing with them for many years, no problems. Necessary materials/information ready on arrival. On-line pre arrival form can be used. Off season, they advise of available rental properties, reminders to send in payments, ability to view/print rental agreements, etc.

I am in my 7th year of having Island Realty as the exclusive rental agency on my Crest condo. I have not once had a week I wanted to rent be vacant. And it’s a lot easier than dealing with multiple agencies! The entire team is fantastic, with great communication!

First time using a realtor since getting burned by owners renting, pleasant experience. We checked in Saturday at Island Realty Group and the check-in process was seamless. They even gave us beach buckets for the kids. The property we rented was on Surf Avenue with a pool and was just as described. Hopefully the rain will hold off today as we hot the boards.
