Great and easy experience with Don Martin Realty. Everything is laid out of what to expect so there really are no questions. We had the sink back up bc the garbage disposal wasn’t working. Called the office and they had someone out right away. Very easy to contact and answered the phones right away. The women in the office were great as well. No hassle and very kind! Already started looking at other properties they have to book for next year. Although, I’d stay at the same place again! Couldn’t beat the location. Pictures from our balcony view 🥰

Don Martin vacation rentals was an amazing company to work with. Quick to respond and easy to follow instructions on check-in. Who provided us with a small package of coupons and to-do pamphlets within the area, that was extremely helpful and fun. Can't wait to book my 2025 vacation!

We had a fantastic week at the condo at 2010 Ocean Ave in Wildwood. The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, and well-appointed. Only 1/2 a block from the boardwalk, the location was perfect. Check in and check out with Don Martin was easy and we had no issues. We even extended our stay, and the office staff made it simple and seamless. Great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through them in the future!

This place is cozy and exceptionally clean. We stayed on the ground level apartment. We had the whole patio out front to ourselves and the backyard is really cute and private. There is another unit upstairs that has 4 bedrooms. It's walking distance to two coffee shops, Owens bar and more. Perfect location and a nice walk to the beach and boardwalk. One thing I would suggest is replacing the cots in the bedrooms with something more comfortable. The shower is a little tight so if you are a bigger person there is a shower out back that is fully concealed. I didn't have problem with the bathroom shower. The outdoor shower is very nice and very private. There were 5 of us, all adults, and we didn't feel cramped at all. It was roomy and comfortable. I would most definitely stay again!
