I am a current tenant with ISB Capital and am unable to get in touch with anyone regarding the current state of the property that I recently leased at 2108 Bidwell Drive in Houston. There is water leaking from the AC vent on the 3rd floor, causing damage to the ceiling, walls and wood floors. Not to mention, this is a safety hazard for myself and my children occupying this home. The water extends in front of the washer and dryer, inside the closet, and down the hallway to the bottom of the stairwell. The bathroom sink, on the same floor, has water coming up from the pipes so it is constantly clogged. The 2nd bathroom, also on that same floor has water pressure issues and we are unable to use the shower in the master bath. The water does not get hot and does not have enough water pressure.
