Holly did an incredible job selling a house for me at a good price and in a difficult market - she has a deep and intimate knowledge of vintage homes and communities like paradise palms, and is well connected to just about everyone you would need in the home selling process. Just completed a buy / sell in Summerlin with IS Luxury. Was a great experience. Would not have done anything differently. They showed me the right houses and we quickly found a house we loved. They also were able to bring a number of buyers by my house and it sold within a few months during the holiday period. My neighbor's house has been on the market for 6 months. Lastly, during escrow we found an issue with my roof and some water damage. Ivan and team kept the buyer warm while I addressed the issue and we closed on time. I would not use another agent in this area. They are great.
