Ironcrest Apartments

My experience living here started off a little rocky due to a few initial issues, but I can honestly say those concerns were resolved in the most exceptional way—and it’s all thanks to Bryon. From the moment he stepped in, everything changed for the better. He handled each issue quickly, professionally, and with a level of care that immediately put me at ease. Throughout the entire year, Bryon has continued to be incredibly helpful. Whether it was a maintenance request, a question about the property, or just general support, he has always gone above and beyond. His reliability and dedication truly made my time here smoother and more enjoyable. Because of his outstanding service and consistent support, what began as a rough start turned into a great living experience. I’m genuinely grateful

The management must not care about bad reviews because after my treatment at at iron crest Byron left me a voicemail saying I owe $126 for damages and I set an email to him , and the other management asking what the damages are and I get no response and sent to collections all though I have only been moved out 14 days and I do not know what the charge is for. This is your warning to not waste your time and money on this horrible property. Photos on how I left the apartment during move out. I don’t understand where the charge is coming from and Byron said my deposit wasn’t enough to cover it but will not reply as to why. Again horrible horrible management.

Apartment unit above us had a water leak. Which lead to our bathroom ceiling bubbling and black mold all over our closet walls and under our kitchen sink. The kitchen ceiling had water damage as well. I’ve been told by a doctor, City of North Richland Hills Heath Department, and apartment maintenance it isn't livable and we need to be moved and have our unit closed and it has already affected my breathing and health. I told the property manager Rebecca Millrett(Becky) and she said “ I work for the apartment agency I don't work for the city” I might be wrong but I thought the city health code had a say so over everyone no matter who you are. also she said it was safe and it was just construction and there was no black mold even tho I have photos of all the mold and I have installation and d

Liz at Iron Crest was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. She provided excellent service and made the experience pleasant and easy. Her community is beautiful and very well kept. I highly recommend working with her and their staff.

Do not feel safe at this apartment complex any longer. Was held up at gun point in the parking lot by a person that is not a leaseholder but the management here is well aware of who the person is and what unit he resides in. Security cameras on the property do not work and provide a false sense of security. Management will not allow us out of our lease unless we pay the early termination fee and provide 60 day notice. highly reccomend look elsewhere.
