Iron Pier Apartments

Really not luxury, building isn’t maintained properly (nonworking lights in stair well, low quality appliances that often have error messages and hvac system that hasn’t worked the entire lease) for the price you expect to have working a/c and heat and not have to take an entire day off of work to wait for maintenance to show up and complete a repair. Two stars because the creek walk but with the aquarium being build 100 ft away it’s no longer peaceful. There’s been cardboard covering this window for weeks for a portable air conditioner

The only good thing about this place is the gym . Everything else sucks ! I believe the “free” WiFi is at 50 mb speed. It’s super frustrating and oh the front desk are super rude with their passive aggressive undertone . They all smiles untill you move in .

A great place to call home! My wife and I have lived in the Iron Pier apartments for just about 1.5 years and it has been a great experience. The location, the leasing team, and the quality of apartment/amenities are fantastic. The two community rooms (one with pool table and other with huge flat screen TV) are great for when you have guests over. Plus, since the community generally consists of professionals, these rooms are always kept clean. The only down side to the apartment was the lack of businesses on the ground level (as of 4/15/20). While the gym (included in rent) and salon are awesome additions, it would be great to see more businesses in the building. My wife and I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. The apartments themselves are very nice and the location right next to the creekwalk just a few minutes from downtown was perfect. The gym in the building is really excellent as well. Snow was removed during the winter and on the 2-3 occasions we needed something fixed in our apartment they were taken care of immediately. We would definitely have continued renting here if we were still living in Syracuse!

Really liked our apartment here. Very nice gym too. Definitely recommend if you are moving to the area
