As a cleaning company that works closely with the property manager at Irish Hills Hamlet Apartments, we highly recommend living here! The community is well-maintained, and the management is dedicated to providing a great living experience. It’s a fantastic place to call home!

This is a beautiful and quiet place to live. No loud parties or screaming neighbors. The tenants are respectful and kind. The office and maintenance staff are nice and helpful. Shopping and restaurants and Costco are nearby with Laguna Lake within walking distance. Golfing is next door and the Irish Hills trails are just down the road. Fwy 101 is just 1 mile away. A community garden is here as well.

We’ve called Irish Hills Hamlet home for 4 wonderful years, and we couldn’t be happier! Sherri, the manager, is such a gem always so kind, quick to help, and on top of any issues. The maintenance team is super friendly, and the communal areas are always clean and inviting. As a family of four with two little ones, the location is perfect! We love being able to walk to two parks and nearby shopping. It’s such a cozy and convenient place to live!

Horrible apartment complex and the staff is nasty. No consistent water. Noisy neighbors. Rude staff. Rats. And random homeless people walking about through apartments. No matter how desperate for a place, do NOT COME HERE.
