Today Donald came and replaced our hot water heater. He was very professional and respectful of our home. so again thanks to Donald and the Tactical Team and the maintenance team at Aria Beach for making sure this issue was correct. So far this is turning out to be a great move in experience with McKinley. Thank You Donald

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place has a MAJOR cockroach problem, and a negligent leasing office. The leasing office is ten minutes down the road. They manage a different and larger property. They don't care about Iris Flats residents; just their money. This apartment is genuinely the worst I have EVER lived in. Severely overpriced. Small apartments. Units reek of marijuana. BUGS GALORE. Mold issues upon moving in. Maintenance lied about completing maintenance requests, and the office did as well until I made it known that I had a camera. Then suddenly, they weren't sure when people had come to complete maintenance requests or look at the apartment. My two living room hurricane windows were "faulty" and disgusting. Overall, my experience at Iris Flats was decent the staff was generally nice and the apartment was okay. But unfortunately, the way they handled my security deposit left a bad impression. They deducted money for paint damage that wasn’t my responsibility. The walls had mold and humidity issues, and when their maintenance guy came, he used bleach to clean the walls, which damaged the paint. I mentioned it to him, and he told me not to worry they were aware of the issue and it wouldn’t count against me. But in the end, they still charged me for it. They also deducted money for another issue they never mentioned to me during the move-out process, which was frustrating and unexpected. Where do I begin? The move in process was super fast and stress free. Dakota was with me from start to finish and made sure that we got the place we wanted. He works expeditiously, he’s so KIND, and listens to your needs. If it weren’t for him, we wouldn’t have a home. THANK YOU!!!!!
