From the beginning of my real estate purchase Iris was a complete professional Iris was dedicated to searching for the perfect property to fit my needs. I almost gave up my property search when not one but two real estate transactions fell through Iris assured me not to give up because she wouldn’t give up it was a challenge but she made it her mission. She made herself available to me day and night and for any questions or concerns that I had. We got the job done and I am now a satisfied owner of an investment property. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Iris Burden. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Iris, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on, and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Iris walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us.
