My husband and I are in the market for a rental while our dream home is being built and our current home is on the market. I stopped by The Flats at Hampden in Camp Hill to tour the facility and the Property Manager Yelena was extremely helpful. It’s been a long time since we’ve rented and her patience and knowledge of the property were unmatched. She made the process an ease from beginning to end. I would highly recommend stopping by and meeting Yelena if your in the market for a rental and appreciate a highly professional experience.

Yelena Lyons gave me a virtual tour of the property at The Flats of Hampden, as I am trying to move to PA. She was very kind, professional and knowledgeable in explaining the details of the property and my move process. I absolutely loved the virtual tour and the photo's I got. Inch and co is terrible I had to move out of an apartment i only lived in for 3 months because of a horrendous roach and mice infestation, this place does not fix anything and leaves their tenants, including newborn infants, to fend off roach and mice infestations by themselves i have been going back and forth with them for months about this issue and Noone seems to care and it's really unfortunate because.The reason for the roach and mice infestation is because of a lack of maintenance there's nothing that tenants can do to fix this or an exterminator because the problem is the slumlord who owns this property who just doesn't give a damn about the place Window frame's are falling out stairs cases are taped together the ceilings are crumpling there are egregious signs of wear and t

A huge part of this great experience is thanks to the exceptional property manager, Yelena. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents.
