Shane Littell did an incredibly thorough inspection of our home. His attention to detail and documentation via photographs and extensive written commentary were beyond thorough. He provided suggestions everywhere improvements were needed. His report will serve as an excellent template for repairs we need to make to our house. I cannot remember the last time we had so much bang for our buck. :) We had our home inspected before we purchased it and paid for other home inspections on homes we considered purchasing. The inspection was fair and accurate. I appreciate how quickly Ian was able to come and get it done. It snowed the morning of my inspection so he wasn't able to inspect the roof but he came back when the snow had melted and I really appreciate that. The price is fair also. The report comes in quickly and you can easily print out a PDF version as well. No complaints!

Had our inspection today and I couldn’t be more pleased.
