Inwood at Renaissance Square

We’ve lived in Building 109 for three years after downsizing from our home and overall have really enjoyed it. The apartments are nicely designed, modern, and filled with natural light—especially on the top floor which has the extra transom window and the higher ceilings. Top floor apartment has a pretty cool but distant view of Philly. As for the staff — maintenance is excellent: responsive, professional, and quick to fix anything right away. We have had minimal problems that even require fixing - but when we have, it’s done well the first time. Our building is also kept very clean. The office staff is kind and responsive. My boyfriend and I moved into the Inwood in May and absolutely love living here! The amenities are top notch and we love spending time at the pool and gym, in the golf simulator, or just relaxing on our balcony. The leasing office and maintenance staff are so quick and helpful with any questions or concerns. We have already made so many memories in our first couple months living here and we're so happy we chose the Inwood!

The location is prime – close to everything you need. But what truly sets Inwood apart is the amazing staff. They're friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile. The Maintenance crew is amazing and requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Everyone is doing their best to keep this place clean and welcoming. The complex hosts regular social events wich are always fun. The community here is wonderful, everyone is friendly, I have the best neighbors and friends here. We enjoy the amenities especially the pool in summer time. Happy to call this place "home" since 2020! highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. I really enjoy living at Inwood and having all of the great features available! I especially like how my apartment has tall ceilings making the space feel even bigger than it already is!
