I was handed over to this company in the middle of my lease. I did my full 1 year at the home and left the home in better shape than I got it in. I was told multiple times by both the man and the woman at this company that my move out date fulfilled the lease and nothing else was owed. Today ( 40 days after move out) I received my security deposit in the mail and it was only half of what I paid. $725 is wood of money and in this economy that money is needed big time for things like groceries and child expenses. I called and was told well yea I said you would get it all but the home owner thinks you should have stayed until the end of the month. WHY??? I highly value my privacy. They never intruded nor did random checks in my home. I essentially lived there as it was mine. If I broke something I fixed it, and if I couldn't it was something they have to hire out for. I think if you're more for independence and don't mind doing some small home repairs this isn't a terrible place. They worked with me when I truly needed help and allowed me to provide a stable home for my kids through school and while I completed an apprenticeship program. I will forever be thankful I was not homeless because of their kindness. I'll take this over any landlord who will willfully evict a family for troubles out of their control. I always paid back what I owed and I am eternally grateful for this place.

Do not ever rent from this company for any reason. They have been the worst company I have ever done business of any kind with. The property manager repeatedly refused to have any repairs made in over a year. He blatantly disregarded my maintenance requests to get the A/C repaired so I went this entire summer without any. I have screenshots of him claiming maintenance requests were completed even though nothing was ever fixed.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have just been through a nightmare with this "management company". Thankfully, I was able to have the judge dismiss my case today. My pipes burst 3 weeks ago and they sent a maintenance guy out who had no key. He brought in his German Shepherd into my apartment and reeked of alcohol. He attempted to fix one of the pipes but another burst. They then turned off the water indefinitely and notified me via email. My place was uninhabitable since 12/23 and I had to go live with friends. My repeated attempts to notify them were ignored; no emails or phone calls returned. Rented from them for one year and it was more than enough. The place was in terrible condition. It rained and I had 4 leaks in my house, it took them 2 weeks to get back to me and fix them. Another time, my heater, which I can only surmise was from the late 1700s, broke. I called maintenance and they said they fixed it which was not true at all. It was 50 degrees in my house and I had to file 2 more maintenance complaints to get someone to actually fix it. I bought two space heaters in the mean time to stay somewhat warm. They also have this weird expectation that you should just leave your door unlocked if you want maintenance done. At least at my property. The handyman never had his own set of keys so I just had to take the risk and leave my door unlocked if I wanted him to do the repai
