I wanted to take a moment to leave a review which is not something i normally do but honestly Living at San Marino has honestly been a great experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to Alicia Breen and the Investment Limited team. Alicia goes above and beyond for the residents here. She’s always professional, incredibly responsive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure people feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s not easy managing a community, but Alicia handles everything with patience and professionalism. Any time I’ve needed assistance or had a question, she’s been quick to help and always kind in the process. That level of service really stands out. I’ve lived here for the past four years, and it has truly felt like home. The community is well maintained, peaceful, and in a great location. The office staff has always been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which makes such a difference in everyday living. I’ve appreciated how clean and cared for the property is, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. After four years, that consistency says a lot. I’m grateful for the positive experience I’ve had here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live. I had a wonderful experience during our rental process. Andrea was extremely professional, kind, and helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free for our family. What truly touched us was how warm and caring she was with my children — she even gave them small gifts, which made them very happy. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness made a big difference for us. We truly appreciate her outstanding service and highly recommend her!

I’ve had a great experience with Investments Limited, largely thanks to Alicia, the Director of Operations. From day one she has been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. The location was great and the accommodation was very clean and Nice. There were some items missing and some construction as they are still working on the remodeling. Staff was kind and attentive and Mahika was fabulous. We were very thankful for her contact and continued checking in to be sure things were OK. We never did get a television in the living room, but that was OK as we were there to enjoy the outside and the beauty of Boca.We hope to stay there again next year.
