Intrepid Builders

My wife and I had Intrepid Builders build our forever home on our land this past January 2025. Jason and his team did a phenomenal job from the start, making the entire process so easy for us. The level of attention to detail with the ability to work very efficiently was amazing. We couldn’t have found a better builder to work with! Very nice people with great ideas, great prices, and great craftsmanship.

We took an architectural design to Intrepid Builders and they found a perfect lot for it and built the custom home of our dreams. This was a very unique experience with all the issues of lumber, supply chain and cost uncertainty. Their recommended suppliers were wonderful to work with and made the process from start to finish as easy as possible. Can't say enough about the quality of the materials and craftsmanship of all the trades. Listen to the recommendations/suggestions. Everyone on the crew was wonderful to work with.

I used Intrepid for my custom build 18 months ago. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail. All of the people working on the different pieces of my house were very accommodating and willing to answer all my questions. I have very high standards and Jason and team delivered. I had only a few items on my 1 year walk through. I love the house and still keep in touch with Jason. I will say that if you want a custom home, make sure you do your research and have a clear idea of what you want. Being able to articulate what you want and how you want it will enable Intepid to deliver exactly what you want.

Overall a great experience. Jason was tentative via text to my questions and concerns and the build quality of my attached garage was great. There are several cracks in the concrete already but that can almost be expected and unavoidable. I'm would consider him for a future build.

I have built new every home I've ever lived in and I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever encountered. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Not only was the process of construction difficult, to say the least, getting things addressed since we moved in has been nearly impossible. I have waited a year to write this review. Based on prior behavior, if Jason gets his feelings hurt, he refuses to respond to you. Prior to the start of construction, we told Jason that any on site meetings would need to be done on a Saturday as my husband is still working and we lived 2 hours away. However, I was contacted and told that we had to meet with the electrician, on a Tuesday, or we would lose him for at least a month. So my husband took off work, we made the 2 hour drive. Wh
