’ve really enjoyed my time living here. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the community is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the staff is professional and friendly. The location is convenient to stores, schools, and major roads, which makes daily life much easier. Overall, this has been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, safe, and welcoming community

We paid our rent on time every single month, kept our unit in good condition, and followed the rules. Still, our family was robbed of our full $1,600 security deposit with no valid explanation. It didn’t stop there. The online rent payment system rarely worked, and when we paid in person, they “lost” multiple payments — with no receipts or reliable tracking. Each month was a new wave of stress, confusion, and poor communication. We now realize our experience isn’t unique. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life !!! NOTHING HAS BEEN WORKING CONSISTENTLY SINCE THEY OPENED THE DOORS HERE And I've been a tenant from day 1. It is dangerous, toxic, unhealthy, hazardous and a complete unorthodox place to live. It is definitely not for disabled ppl. They have mentally ill ppl here and believe me I do believe in giving ppl second chances in life BUT...YOU HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE HERE ON CALL TO SECURE THEIR BEHAVIOR !!!!! I live on the 4th floor and I have a breathing disease. I hardly ever leave my apartment because I don't never know if I'll be able to get back to the 4th floor. The elevators stay inoperable. Ms. Jackie, Mr. Terry, and Ms. Sophia are doing a great job with the property. Since they stepped in, they’ve already started making positive changes for the residents. The building is getting cleaner, rules are being enforced, and things are definitely moving in a better direction. I’m feeling really positive about the changes and excited to see what’s coming next.

I was truly sad to find out not only was Ms. Jessica gone but Ms. Shala was too. Those two were a blessing to me and my kids. They fed us when I did not have Ms. Shala even bought my baby some milk. Ms. Jessica would stop by my apartment just to check on me. She sat down with me to help me find a job and she also help me find help to get caught up on my rent. That type of caring cant be taught. This place wont be the same without them. They really wanted the best for all of us. I wont be renewing without them.
