re: James Kurtz First interaction, James leaves flyers nearly weekly at my door. I confront him about it since i have 2 prominent "no soliciting signs". He starts cursing at me and tells me that he can do it anyhow. I send him a follow-up email with the city's code for posted no soliciting signs. He now harasses me even though he is in the wrong. Now he thinks opening people's mailboxes is ok too? I will be filling a formal complaint with the city and the postal inspector. Stay away from this guy!
