I had a very disappointing experience working with Shokoofeh Nowbakht. She was completely unresponsive towards the later stage of the process while we were negotiating the contract. Ignoring messages and sending my calls straight to voicemail. I repeatedly told her that I was under a tight timeline with my current landlord and had a confirmed move-out date, yet she still chose to ignore my texts and left me hanging without any update. She left us hanging for days while we are under a move out deadline, and we only found out the place is rented because the leasing post was taken down on Zillow. And she still hasn’t said anything to us. We would have had no issue if the owner decided to move forward with another applicant, but the total lack of transparency and professionalism was unacceptab
