Hanover Burlingame

I stayed here for few months - amazing facilities and great team -everyone in the team was courteous and responsive - they have had some turn over however the quality has stayed the same. the apartment itself is very practical close to CALTRAIN, 101 - and yet on a side quieter road. Absolutely loved my time here - I had to move out early unfortunately, and even the move out process was very professionally managed and supported. I wish to come back one of these days to say hello to team, and to say thank you

I visited this community 4 times before finally deciding this was the place to make my new home. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Answering all my questions showing me around time and time again while I narrowed my options. Alyssa and Ryan were especially helpful and made my choice that much easier thanks to their attentiveness and patience. The community itself is beautiful! It’s a new building with balconies 😍 and walk in showers big enough for 9 people 😂 there’s a pool although not heated 😩 (I’ll work on requesting that be changed) it’s a relaxing area with plenty of seating areas. There’s two other courtyards. Many areas to lounge, watch TV and Sports 🏈🏀, work from home but not, private meeting rooms, a gym, and just lots and places to relax on the lobby level. Love the building, it has great amenities, super clean! The stand out for me, though, is the management team. From day one, they’ve been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. When I first toured the property, I immediately felt at ease because the staff made sure to answer all my questions and take the time to walk me through everything. Since moving in, I’ve had a few small maintenance requests, and I’m always so impressed with how quickly and efficiently they handle everything. The maintenance team is responsive and professional, and they’ve always been on top of any issues I’ve had. Hanover has grown into an amazing apartment community. Over time, the team has become more attentive and responsive, and now you can truly feel that they care about their residents. Everyone who works here is kind, professional, and approachable. Even when their shift is over, if you see them around, they don’t avoid you—they still check in and are willing to help with anything you need, which says a lot about their dedication. They also host some of the best community events, and they’re always improving them. Whenever there’s an issue, the team responds quickly, fixes it fast, and provides solutions right away. Overall, they’ve done a great job improving and creating a place that genuinely feels like a community.

Alyssa was great! She was very courteous, professional and attentive to my needs. The complex is awesome with very nice amenities. I would definitely recommend The Hanover to family, friends and coworkers.
