Bayswater Burlingame Apartments

Both Karisa and Nathan are great faces for the community. They made me want to move in. We move in 2 days and we're very excited. The building seems well built and the amenities are great. The location is perfect (close to Caltrain and downtown Burlingame). Sure, you hear the train noise, but after awhile, I'm sure it will be a non-issue. I've spoken to several people who live here while walking to/from my apartment dropping off boxes, and everyone loves it here and many have been here for several years. That says a lot. I really hope it's all we hope it will be.

I love the apartment. The price was a bit daunting, but you get what you pay for. I love how close it is to the Cal Train station and SFO! I love the management (Moises, Alex, Santiago, and David) and feel safe being there. I also should say they have taken into account my needs as a tenant whenever I have asked and have done so with remarkable speed. Lastly, if you are one for company or just appreciate beautiful views (especially during the Fourth of July) the views from the roof are immaculate.

I have lived here for 2 years, and I have loved it. I started in a one-bedroom and then moved to a 2-bedroom. The management has been wonderful and very accommodating to all my needs. I have always felt very safe and secure, even in a downstairs unit. I love that you can walk to Burlingame Avenue, and experience all the restaurants and shops on foot within a one mile radius, or even jump on CalTrain for a warriors game, or some city dining. I even did all my grocery shopping on foot at Safeway or Mollie Stones. It’s a great place to live - I highly recommend it.

I’ve been living here for three months. Overall, it’s a nice place to live, with some great features, but there are a few issues to be aware of. Pros:
✅ Excellent location: Very close to Caltrain. If you’re worried about the train noise, it becomes barely noticeable after a while.
✅ Modern apartment: The unit is beautiful and everything is in great condition.
✅ Useful amenities: The building offers everything you’d expect — gym, rooftop terrace, workspaces, etc.
✅ Friendly management: The staff is always kind, helpful, and responsive. Cons:
❌ Noise from upstairs neighbors: Despite being a relatively new building, you can clearly hear footsteps from the units above. Enforcing a "slippers only" policy might help reduce the noise.

Small community with great management led by Moises and Bayswater team. This is the best apartment I have ever lived since I moved to Bay Area few years ago. The community is clean everywhere - even the trash room is super clean. I feel safe and comfortable living here. Never had package delivery issue. Unlike many other leasing offices who never reply tenants’ emails, Bayswater team seriously takes care of the requests and feedback from the tenants. Very good experience living here.
