I rented an apartment for 6 years in a building managed by Interia. The company did an excellent job managing the building and provided an unusually high level of service during this time. Jacob (manager) and Gigi (super) were always pleasant to interact with. Maintenance issues, which were few, were almost always fixed same day or next day. I am sensitive to noise. When there was noise due to renovations, Jacob worked with me to help mitigate the issue. He also helped identify and fix a number of other minor noises -- like a faint high-pitched pipe squeal caused by a water heater, and vibrational noise caused by a neighbor's fan.
