Intempus Management - South Carolina

Absolutely horrible. They never notified me about my renter being delinquent for 2 MONTHS until I reached out. I trusted them while I was overseas and they completely fumbled the ball. I had to leave my job in Spain and rush home because I had no idea the state my apartment was left in and they put me in such a financial hole. I tried to call a supervisor, and he never even called me back. I would never trust them with my property again. I have no idea what I was paying $200 a month for. They also switched company names and property managers on me with zero notification although they claimed they sent an email. A full blown disaster and I will be reporting them to the BBB and the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. UPDATE: They still have my $100 deposit and switched agents on me again

I have been in a rental unit since the end of July 2024, in Summerville, South Carolina. There have been three separate instances of water incursion in my unit. Each time, I reached out to the property manager, and she did nothing. As I write this review, I am in the middle of the third water incursion instance, with my hot water heater leaking into the unit. I texted the property manager this morning, and called the emergency maintenance number, but nobody has responded to me. The hot water heater is still leaking into my unit, and I am assuming the property manager will do nothing until business hours. I cannot wait to get out of here, and will never ever consider renting any property managed by Fyve in the future. Update on 2/19/25: the property manager ended up handling this herself,

I am a owner that unfortunately has to sell my property. My property has been managed by this company and its predecessor for 5 years. There has been ups and downs but overall a very easy experience for an owner who lives out of state at a very favorable management fee for owners. A special shoutout to Liz Nelson for working hard to get rentals rented out quick. For those that are renters, their response is quick and I am sure they are attentive to renter's needs and provide the best housing situation possible!

This company is unprofessional especially Brantley!!! This place is not worth $1,300, the ac leaks for months and they never came to fix it. They evicted my sister so that they could raise the rent from $950 to $1,300 which isn’t worth it. I would not recommend.

I've been renting properties for years, and I can confidently say that Destiny is the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. From day one, she has been incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. Her communication is top-notch, always keeping me informed about any updates or necessary maintenance, and she handles everything with the utmost care and efficiency , and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and efficient property manager.
