We came and looked at the townhouse, three rooms and two bathrooms. They approved it and said everything was fine. We paid $70 for two questionnaires, two days passed. They said there were a lot of us, a family of six. We are two adults and four small children, and they said the owner refused to rent the townhouse to us. They refused to refund our money, but they returned $40 of the $70 we paid. It's a shame they work like that

We just moved out after living in our rental for nearly two years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had. The property was well-maintained, and anytime we had a maintenance request, it was taken care of quickly and professionally. Communication with the property management team was always smooth—they were friendly, responsive, and truly cared about making sure we were comfortable in the home. From move-in to move-out, everything was handled efficiently and respectfully. It really felt like they cared about both the property and the tenants. We’re grateful for how easy they made everything, and we’d absolutely rent from them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I rented the same house from Integrity Property Management for almost 8 years, and just handed the keys back today. I was expecting a few hits on the security deposit after having lived there for so long, but the inspector was extremely nice and, while thorough, more than fair when it came to minor damages. Overall the most pleasant experience I've had with a rental agency. I'm only sad to leave the house I spent most of my 20's in. Would highly recommend Integrity Property Management.

We had the pleasure of having Integrity Property Management when we needed a rental in Whitefish in August of 2020 for a few years to build our home. There was only minor issues as any normal home would have, and we would get immediate response and quick repair upon the call. Ragnar was very responsive from the moment we inquired until we moved out of the property. We have continued to recommend this company to anyone that needs rentals in the Flathead Valley.

Do not be fooled by this company! They will say anything to get you into a property and are clearly driven by greed. I’ve personally met at least 20 people at one of the apartment complexes they manage who all had negative experiences. They’ve misled people moving from out of state by claiming that units included washers and dryers—when they did not. They’ve told others that Wi-Fi was included, only to later claim they never received the contract. In some cases, they even said utilities were included, which turned out to be completely false. They may seem nice and professional on the surface, but after working with them over the years, it becomes clear that they are dishonest and do not care about their tenants.
