Tony and Shawn were wonderful to work with. My partner and I arrived at the home and were greeted by Shawn. He went through the entire report and spent over an hour with us in the home. He was incredible thorough and gave us incredible peace of mind. We also were able to speak to Tony and get a better understanding of the entire report. It was great to know what we had multiple eyes on the home/report and we feel so much better about our purchase and investment. We received the report only a couple of hours after our visit and it was very professional with descriptions and photos. I am very happy with my experience with Integrity Inspections.

Integrity Inspections were very responsive to my request to have my my new home inspected and to set up radon testing, water quality testing and mold testing. Tony was very informative and knowledgeable about every aspect of the home inspection. He was friendly and very personable and professional. I received the home inspection the very same day. It was very easy to read and understand each issue noted. He was able to take samples of the water and mold and set up a radon test as well. Within a day or two all the test came back. Tony was able to shoot me out a quote to remove the radon. I thought the whole process was smooth and easy and and professional.

I had Tony at Integrity Inspections do a standard home inspection as well as a sewer line, radon and mold inspection. Tony was great; I was very impressed with how quickly the inspections were completed. I received a very thorough report back and was able to leverage his findings in my home offer. I really appreciated the fact that Tony was responsive weeks after the inspection to field my follow up questions. Great experience!

Integrity Inspections was perfect for our home purchase inspection. Tony was my initial contact and he explained the entire process very clearly. My inspection period was 5 days and Tony had his crew set up a radon test the same day and completed the home inspection 1 day later. Shawn was my inspector and he did a very thorough job. He explained everything that he found and helped me understand some basic home maintenance tips that I wasn't aware of because I'm a first time home buyer... just the tips alone were worth the inspection fees! Within a couple hours of the inspectwalk through, through, I was given a very detailed report with pictures that will help me negotiate the final price of the home.
