There was a lot of lack of communication among the office itself and I was constantly asked for the same thing from different people, also most of what was being asked for was on the portal, so what is the point of asking clients to get or download the portal. Also was told one thing and ended up not being true!! Some of my questions felt rushed or still up in the air. Glad it’s all over so I don’t have to deal with you people!

I worked with De'Laine and her team throughout my whole home buying process. My first call was over an hour as De'Laine walked me through all of my options, interest rates, loan terms, and scenarios. She answered nearly all of my questions before I had a chance to ask and thoroughly answered the questions I did ask. I had retracted from the first offer I had made and IHMC was able to turn on a dime and immediately start processing the next house without changing the closing date. These people are on top of everything and we're always quick to communicate back to you as the borrower. Overall great service, fun people, and a wealth of knowledge eagerly shared with those who ask. Would give them 7 stars if I could
