Saw some thoughtless Facebook posts made by Grant Gerhart whom lists Integrated Real Estate group as a current or former employer.

This is the worst company ever. Do not put your parents or friends in their properties. They let HomeTowne in Conway become a slum. And their compliance person, Dyann Adair is a joke. Thankfully, HomeTowne has been bought by someone else and things are already better. They should be shut down. Worst property management ever. Good riddance!

It’s extremely alarming how difficult it is to find out who manages your complex. What’s even more disgusting is the complete lack of concern for residents. I have never seen such money hungry vindictive people in my life.

I just moved out of Enclave at Westport after living here since June 2020. Generally my experience here was positive. However, the policy for move outs and returning the keys is kind of obnoxious. I gave the required 60 days notice that I would be moving out, and the property acknowledged it. So, my last day renting officially is today, Monday, Sept 20. My wife and had the movers come on Saturday since we both work during the week. They moved our items to our new home in Saginaw, 20 miles away. I drove back Sunday morning and spent 4 hours cleaning the apartment. This morning, I took the initiative and emailed the property manager that I was putting the keys in the mail. Sadly it takes several days to get thee most basic of leasing questions (cost of garages, availability, etc). Have question into corporate now. Will see how long it takes to get back to me. Obviously running with minimal staff and ones they have on weekends are essentially an answering service.
