TL;DR - Leanna rocks and you should work with her! My wife and I worked with Leanna to buy our Lewisville, TX home in December 2020 and then to sell the home September 2024 through early February 2025. The buying part was very easy; Leanna found options in our range and got us out to them quickly. She advised correctly on how to approach the offer we ended up making and it worked out with no issues at all. Selling the house was much more arduous due to the timing (winter, election, who knows what else) and took substantially more time than was expected.
