I went because I had passed by the area several times, and it truly was the best decision I could have made. It was all thanks to the excellent service provided by Nyajavi (Javi) Torres. He was extremely engaging and gave us a clear picture of what my wife and I didn’t even realize we needed. This young man deserves a raise for his outstanding communication skills and for presenting such great ideas when it comes to moving into this beautiful community.

Stephanie was outstanding throughout the whole process. She was a good listener, attentive and responsive. Gave me a good tour of the apartment complex and answered any questions I had. She’s professional and respectful of your time, having everything ready in advance for you. Down to earth and also has a great sense of style. If she didn’t tell me she was new, I wouldn’t have ever known. The complex is brand new and beautiful! However, I must advise you to be cautious when choosing your unit. The windows, doors, and flooring are paper thin, so you’ll be able to hear your neighbors above you. You’ll hear their dogs barking, kids running across the floor, chopping on the cutting board, and even the movies they’re watching. Consider getting a unit on a higher floor in this complex. Excellent community. I am just moving in and the service has been excellent. They even have a spinning wheel as an incentive to apply, with really great prizes, including a PlayStation 5 and many other items. I was assisted by Stephanie Velez. The service was excellent, everything was fast, and I received exactly what I needed. Very good customer service. I 100% recommend moving to this community if you are looking for a nice place with great attention and customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Stephanie , she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire leasing process. Beautiful complex, however this was the worst apartment tour I’ve experienced. The unit I toured had no power, so the entire tour was done in the dark. It was also very cloudy outside, so there was no natural light coming through the windows. I had to use my phone flashlight just to see the apartment properly. Additionally, the leasing agent did not fully show me the amenities. She briefly pointed from a distance and mentioned the gym and dog spa, but I was not given a proper walkthrough. Unfortunately, this experience made me lose interest in considering moving here. I expected a much more organized and professional tour for such a beautiful community.
