Our experience is specifically for a Commercial appraisal. These guys just have absolutely NO idea what they are doing. The lender at their own expense ended up doing a 2nd appraisal after these guys did an appraisal for less than what we bought the site for, AFTER IT WAS RENOVATED. So we purchased, renovated, improved everything significantly and they appraised it for less than our purchase 3 years prior. No way anyone should use a company who doesn't have the right COMPS or doesn't understand commercial business.
