My experience with Monique Jeffries was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Initially, she promised swift action and exceptional service in finding a suitable property. However, as time progressed, it became evident that these promises were merely empty words. Communication was inconsistent and often delayed, leaving me feeling uninformed and neglected throughout the process. Promises of regular updates and proactive property searches were not upheld, and I found myself having to chase for information regularly. Moreover, there were instances where commitments made regarding property were not honored.
