Inspire

I have been so impressed with Inspire! The management is very capable, they have their own maintenance team that works full time so maintenance requests get fixed quickly, and they sponsor fun monthly events so I can get to know other people in the complex. They also have 3 gyms, one in each building, that are in great condition and have a wide variety of equipment. Living here has by far been the best apartment experience I’ve had!

Brianna and Joey host the most amazing events twice a month. Everything is always so organized and thoughtfully set up, they really create an atmosphere with great food and even better vibes. As a resident, I’ve felt so much more connected with my neighbors, and it’s brought a true sense of community to the building. If you haven’t checked out their events yet, you definitely should, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve lived here for 3 months and cannot stress enough how wonderful my experience has been. My move-in experience was less than ideal as a result of some freak maintenance issues, and the maintenance team and leasing office worked tirelessly to make me comfortable and to resolve the concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the three months since my move-in the office has been responsive and communicative, making my day to day life smooth and simple. The social events here are also phenomenal - I’ve made a completely new friend group as a result of the social events held every other week - something that’s not always easy to do in Minnesota!

I’ve lived at this property since it was managed as Elan, and the transformation under Inspire by Weidner has been outstanding. The staff consistently goes above and beyond — not just for major issues, but even for the small, everyday things that most places might overlook. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a quick question, they handle it with care and urgency. You can truly feel the difference in how the community is managed now — everything is cleaner, more organized, and more welcoming. I’ve never felt more supported in an apartment community, and I’m so grateful to call Inspire home.

This was the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had in my life. Every month the water bill was $300 plus for a one bedroom apartment, my air filter was broken for two years. When I moved out all my belongings were covered in a dark smut, I had to throw everything away. We lived on the 1st and the apartment did not get much light. We didn’t notice the smut until we brought everything outside. While removing the photos on the walls it looked like we smoke in the apartment for 30 years, I was constantly sick and I blame the air quality. I talked to management multiple times about the billing error and the would just take a couple dollars off, after a while they told me to get over it. I had to get the state involved. DO NOT MOVE HERE
