Inspiration at Frank Lloyd Wright

I’m not sure how this apartment complex is getting any good ratings. I lived there for three months in 2023 and it was the most horrible experience. The apartment was turned over to me completely filthy. I had a fireplace in my unit and you can tell that no one had ever taken the screen off and cleaned. It was so gross filled with dirt and hair. I was always having to call maintenance for something. The biggest issues were my ceiling In my living room, completely collapsing due to plumbing issues with the master shower. When they came and cut everything out and left blowers to dry everything, all you could smell was mold and mildew. The worst of it was electrical problems that involve the refrigerator. The electrical issues resulted in the refrigerator not cooling food and I got food poiso

Inspiration is such a fantastic place to live! Sarah the manager consistently goes above and beyond! She has always been great to work with and is so helpful. I lived here previously and came back to live here again because of the manager, the community, and the location. Great upgrades and amenities. Highly recommend Inspiration!

WOW! I’ve been in property management for over 15 years and was looking for a townhouse in the Scottsdale area. Sarah Rich, the manager, absolutely exceeded all expectations my wife, and I had by her professionalism and genuine attention to detail for not only us, but for her community as well. Inspiration is AMAZING and the amenities are everything you need. She helped us find the absolute perfect home for our needs and we could not be more grateful.

Inspiration is a great community! I’ve lived here almost 3 years and I am happy to call this place home. Sarah, Amber, Erick and the rest of the staff are friendly and professional. Been living here for about 7 months now, Tuesday night drove in from California and wanted to head to the pool with some buddies. Ended up going out the garage and completely forgetting about the top privacy lock. Took our keys but not our phones! Thankfully a neighbor let me borrow their cellphone to call the emergency after hours line. 3 of the guys had flights leaving early in the AM. THANKFULLY Ryan with Maintenance called the neighbor back and came all the way over to let us in through the garage! I work in hospitality and what Ryan did was above and beyond! So thankful I live in a place like this! Ryan thank you so much again, you really saved our butts!
