Inspection Plus

I hired this company three times to perform inspections on different houses I was considering buying. On the third one, the inspection seemed to go well, no severe issues were noted on the report. Come to find out the inspector (Jared) missed bowing and shearing on two of the block foundation walls in the crawlspace, subfloor rot in two of the bedrooms, sections of rim joist rot, and some spongy floor joists. I would have never bought this house if the inspector caught these things (which is what I’m paying them to do!), and I’m honestly surprised he missed them. Now I’m getting quotes for costly repairs that I could have avoided entirely if the inspection was more thorough. I would not recommend this company to friend or family, and I will not be doing business with them in the future
