I am appalled at the reckless driving I was subject to Osceola Parkway this morning at 6:48 in the morning, speeding, flashing his high beams, acting ridiculous and making me feel so unsafe during my commute to work. Hire better drivers please.

Joe Bernier was extremely thorough for our new home inspection. He was extremely professional and explained things for everyone to understand. His report was very detailed with many photos and explanations and was received within a 24 hour time period. You could tell he is very knowledgeable with everything home and inspection related and enjoys his job. His office manager, Kimberly, was also extremely kind and professional and nice to work with. She was very communicative and responsive to our emails and requests to reschedule for issues out of our control. I will definitely use them for any inspection in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Joe was excellent and thorough as a pro. On time for the appointment. We introduced ourselves for about 1 minute and he went straight inside the house and get to work. The entire inspection took about 2 hours. The report was 29 pages long with all the details, such as what needs urgent attention, maintenance required soon, and model/serial numbers for the appliances. I read through the entire report and it gave me some insight on how to negotiate with the seller. I give Joe 3 thumbs up lol. His report helped me a lot to negotiate a credit base on what needed the urgent attention to the house. I would recommend Joe to everyone!

We have used Joe with InSpecPRO twice! We are extremely happy with the service he provides. He is very professional, polite, friendly and spent several hours with us going through the property thoroughly. He explained everything to us in detail and answered all of our questions. He explained what types of future situations we could possibly encounter based off of the condition of the home. We received our detailed inspection report including pictures, less than 24 hours after the inspection. We could not be happier!
