Insight Homes Inc at Tortolita Vista

In 2016, we purchased a lot from Insight. In 2018, we moved into our home. I would describe Insight as somewhere between a production builder and a custom home builder. IMO, the challenge with Insight is that they are building $800,000 homes the same way they built $250,000 production type homes. Insight hasn't met a deadline they couldn't miss. At one point I was told, "my favorite kind of client is one who lives in Minnesota, buys a house and we call him and tell him when it is done". In other words, his favorite kind of client are those that are out of sight. Our process was difficult, slow and with very little communication. Some builders send weekly videos showing construction progress. Insight, at best, would send a 1-2 line update that could be misleading or inaccurate. We finall
