Moved here a few months ago- they were so patient with us , especially Rowan. She deserves huge praise for helping us move here. They let my sister tour on my behalf and were so communicative. They also were accommodating when we had trouble with our last apartment complying to our renting history. The whole office is so incredibly nice and made moving in so easy. When we got to our apartment they even left a gift basket of snacks, toilet paper, paper towels, and even dishwasher pods. It was so relieving moving to a new place that really cares about us. The valet trash is amazing. They have specific cans to put your trash in so it’s not just outside and they come and get it almost every night. It’s in a pretty quiet area. What really sets Amavida apart is the genuine sense of community. Resident events were always well-planned, fun, and a great way to meet neighbors. It never felt like just an apartment complex—it felt like a place where people actually knew and supported each other. Maintenance was consistently timely. We recently toured Amavida Apartments and had a really great experience. The community is clean, well maintained, and has such a welcoming feel. The layouts were spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and happy to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. You can tell they take pride in the property. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a place that feels like home.

I moved to Arizona a year ago for med school and since the very beginning Victoria helped me get settled and has always had a warm presence. The entire management team is super nice and welcoming. Other than my apartment being absolutely beautiful, I enjoyed every single amenity that was present. I’m a student so I loved the study area, I’m very active so the gym being open 24/7 was very accommodating to my schedule and I also run so the trail being connected to the complex was a plus for me. I am going to miss this complex and the management team so much. 10/10 recommend.

Living here has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve had with any apartment complex. Since moving in September, I’ve dealt with constant issues that management either ignores or mishandles. Im not the only resident to prove this. In my first unit, my neighbor made excessive noise daily, often at unreasonable hours. She was also under the influence and even fell into my patio from hers while trying to look inside my apartment. The apartment complex did nothing and instead suggested I move units at my own cost. Around the same time, multiple vehicles were broken into, and residents received no communication or updates from management. When I relocated to another unit within the complex, the situation only worsened. We discovered a BOBCAT decomposed in our attic. It took management over a week to d
