Kylee Hentges, at ITS, (Innovative Title Services) did an "AMAZING" job assisting our family for the Closing on our Heir property! I was not expecting to get the process done so quickly! Kylee went Above and Beyond, with each Heir! She was Patient, Kind, Professional, and yet Thorough! There were over 8 of us as Heirs to our Family home! Kylee seamlessly, met with each of us and got the closing done! A HUGE Thank you to you Kylee! The Gaines Family really appreciates you!!!!

Called and called hard to get anyone on the phone as there phone tree does not work and puts you back to the start. Also, cannot get anyone to call me back. Edit: I did eventually get ahold of somebody after 6 or so calls and they promptly sent over the paperwork. I will give them a pass for responding to this.

Our experience with ITS has been incredible! Jennifer went above and beyond to get our closing paperwork in even when our mortgage company messed up our documents. She stayed over more than an hour late/after the office closed to get all of our closing paperwork reprinted and resigned on our closing day. She was outstanding and knew all of the answers to any questions we had! Even though our experience with our mortgage lender has not been great, we’ve had an amazing experience with all the members of ITS! They get stuff done very quickly and efficiently! Would recommend to anyone buying a home to use them for their title company! Thank you again Jennifer, Debra, and team for making our signing experience great! :)
