The BEST title company I ever used before! Super helpful, on time , professional!

Closing was a disaster. Title company didn’t find a judgment until after hours day before closing. Almost blew up the deal. Steer clear of this company.

I used Innovation Title for the closing on my house. My experience was good throughout the process. I wanted to share the great experience I had with Jennifer Bozovic who was my processor - I had issues with my home insurance (payment was not recognized correctly) and she followed up promptly with me and spent time on the phone with Farmers to resolve the issue. She went above and beyond and I was impressed with her level of support.

Took 3 days to disburse funds after a closing. No good
