Inman Park

A great place to live, quiet, peaceful, surrounded by woods, trails, rivers, lakes…Best location and maintenance ever. Love my porch and the views at dusk and dawn. It feels safe. Pet friendly. Ask for the larger 1 bedroom unit. Perfect if you are single but still want some space. Love the “real” laundry room, all the closets and bathroom. Orientation of your unit is important and can make a big difference for light, temperatures etc. I highly recommend.

Overall great place to live and great staff as well. We had an issue at move-in over the summer that was resolved in a professional and friendly way by the team here. Communication was clear and quick. Units are nice, spacious, and well maintained in a nice area of town.

Moving from South Florida to Raleigh, NC was a big step, but the team at Inman Park Apartments made it such a smooth and easy transition. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and incredibly spacious. The balcony space is one of the largest I’ve ever had! Shortly after our move, we encountered a couple areas in the apartment that needed maintenance. Marianne and the maintenance team were quick to act. They not only responded fast but also followed through on everything. Maintenance is always required wherever you live, but what makes Inman Park stand out is how responsive and genuinely caring the office and maintenance team are. That’s a rare find these days! I am very happy that I chose to move to Inman Park when I relocated to Raleigh a couple months ago. All the good reviews it gets are well deserved. I love my apartment, the area, and I have met many friendly neighbors. It is nice and quiet and peaceful. It is very pet friendly, and a great place to be if you have a dog. It is a short walk to get on the Greenway, and if you want to go on a beautiful few-mile hike, you can walk to, and do a loop around Shelly Lake. The office staff is wonderful and very helpful. If you ever have an issue, they are very responsive and make sure that it gets addressed. Maintenance is great, too. They are all nice people. I highly recommend Inman Park Apartments!
