Inland Seas Apartments

Was surprised at how quiet it was w so many apts in the complex. Visited for a week for the birth of my granddaughter. Apartment is nice sized & rent is very reasonable for the location. Wonderful pool. On site laundry. Well kept grounds. Friendly neighbors. Not quite enough parking for people that are visiting.

We have been living here for going on 23 years and we love it. My husband and I and our three children. We moved in March 14th 2003 and we still here and we love it. The office managers and the maintenance do an awesome job.

I have had a smoke detector missing for 7years. Asked for a/c service to be done on coils due to stench from running a/c have asked for well over year and a half, asked for all windows to be repaired for safety reasons incase of fire. They fall or jam on track. They wait on materials for repairs while they some how can renovate multiple units at once. Pool has cracks missing tiles always trash and debris in pool not cleaned properly until owners come through and do drive by inspection, gates are always unlocked ( don't get excited about on site cops WHAT A JOKE but go figure winter garden p.d. but hey they might get a break on rent.) the property is falling apart ( Just my opinion due to bonuses if companies are giving, keep the budget book good, by not putting into property repairs means

We had visited one weekend, and the whole complex overall was quiet and clean, until we walked to the lake, we couldn't get near the pier for the high over growth. Someone needs to tend to that, good spot for snakes and gators. Not a good area for kids to be near.

I was referred to this place prior to leaving the Orlando area. The place is a dump. The unit I saw had a very offensive mildew smell. The condition of the building was in a deteriorating state. I am truly surprised people live there.
