inHabit on 7th

I have been a resident since January 2024 and have loved EVERYTHING about this community since I first toured. Kristin has been amazing and made my move in super easy as well as getting me familiar with the area since I’m new to phx!! If you have a pet they do have a dog park as well!! You don’t have to question maintenance here! Ray will attend to you as soon as you bring up an issue he truly cares and makes everyone feel like HOME . Hoping my job keeps me here longer because I don’t want to leave inhabit and all the great friends I’ve made here in the community and with staff! Lauren is the community manager and has the dream team!

Stay far away from this establishment. Any specials or deals that are running are not worth the headache. Save yourself the strife and apply elsewhere. Only positive is that the grounds are always clean and the laundry room is also alway clean. But trust, you will be a number on a spreadsheet here and not valued.

Kristen is amazing!! She’s always very helpful when we need anything and before we even got to live here she was very helpful with the process and she helped us through every step, her energy brings joy to me every time i see her!

Ray did an excellent job helping us with our service maintenance request. He fixed our issues promptly and masterfully, and we’ve had no problems since. Thanks Ray !

Living at Inhabit has been amazing so far! From day 1 Kristin and Ray have been so kind and helpful. Looking for apartments has always been such a hassle but Kristin and everyone in between made the transition easy! Having lived in a luxury apartment before this one I was a little unsure of how I would like it, but the property is always clean and maintained, everything is always working, and the residents are so friendly. Ray is very communicative and quick to help if anything is in need of maintenance, although I have had little to no issues! I cannot say enough positive things about this property and the staff, Inhabit has made me feel right at home!
