Ingram Square Apartments

Place is ok. Don't understand why we have to park a certain way when we go visit. I heard u can get towed if not parked correctly. Place looks safe and quiet.

The apartments are good but A worker named Victoria answered me very badly, she is not friendly and has a face of very few friends, she treated my mother and I very badly and did not want to help us with the application of the worst service! just because We don't speak very little English and feel discriminated against for being Hispanic. I know that the apartments are good because my family lives here and I know that they are very good, but Victoria is the worst Worker! 😠😡

Only God should help us, no one is responsible here, I have been complaining about this issue for more than two years, but no one cares. We don't have hot water here, and I have two children, two and three years old, and every day I have a problem with washing them. I told them about this several times, but they did not take any action.

Run the opposite direction. Mngmt was great until Paula left quite a few years back. Since then Fellmah has taken over. She obviously only works there as a power play as she seems to enjoy stepping on and talking down to people who are at a disadvantage due to their social economic status. I'm sure she sleeps very well at night but nonetheless it's saddening to see realty companies like Related allow this happen.
