I was looking for my first home and was very nervous and Margo was helping me she is very sweet and made me feel comfortable. I loved her energy and I had a great time while she was showing me around. Thank you so much Margo I had so much fun looking at homes and talking to you!

I cannot stress enough to not live here. It was my first apartment and the staff were so smiley and convincing until you actually lived there and you could tell they don’t take their roles seriously. There is new management since I moved in/moved out, and the staff are definitely better but the overall living experience still sucks. The walls are so thin, including the ceiling. Noise complaints are not taken seriously. It wasn’t until police came (for a different unit) that those tenants were dealt with. The maintenance team is not professional. REPEATEDLY they came into my unit and left a mess: scratch marks and yellow stains on my tub. One time someone came to fix the tub (a separate time) and left a fork with hair for me and when I called to complain, the management team DID NOT even

If i could give 0 stars i would!!!! PARKING! You literally have to get home before 6p or you will be parking on the street. I parked on the street just to have my vehicle ransacked. Most of the street parking is ‘’no parking” so it’s hard to find street parking as well. I’ve had issues with my dryer for over 2 weeks now. It gets fixed then messes up again. My A/C has went ‘out’ twice now. I’ve put a request in on the app for maintenance. It’s just frustrating I feel like it’s something every week. Trying to get in contact with the leasing office is a hassle. The phone just rings then goes to voicemail or the phone lines are always “down” Crystal was my leasing agent who helped me with my move in. I want to take a moment to praise Jodi and the ownership here at Infinity. My business franchise started working with them a little over a month ago and frankly, I am impressed with their desire to make real improvements. Jodi is fantastic and works hard to ensure residents are taken care of, understanding she is a partner with them in their living experience. Capital improvement projects show a desire to create a better living environment for their residents. And hiring in companies like mine to partner with in that experience show a commitment to the long term efforts. Customers have spoken directly to me about how they are excited for the improvements they see. This is deifnitely a place worth looking into for a positive living experience.

My experience living here wasn’t bad. Only complaint was that the pool inspection took forever, pool didn’t open until after 4th of July. Other than that my overall experience was ideal.
