Infinity on the Mark

This is th worst place to stay because they don't fix anything, we had black mold, paint peeling off the walls, water damage inside the walls and when they finally came out to do some repairs they reused the rotten tack strips for the carpet and would just patch over not fixing the problem completely like putting lipstick on a pig. The office manager is rude and always makes excuses to why they can't do something. They are pure trash... just check out my photos that I uploaded. Oh and not to mention a huge roach problem.

I have lived here for about two years and yes the staff is nice and maintenance very good, but they are having a lot of issues with the pipes, we have no hot water, sometimes no water at all. Sunday after 10:00 P.M no hot water, I had to take a cold shower, a quick one since I had to go to work! Last night I had to heat up water in order to take a bath! It was very tedious! Today this morning march 3, 2026 no hot water! I called the office yesterday , all they say is we are working on it. I told them you are going to loose tenants! I can understand last year it wasn’t that bad, this year is every week! This has been the longest time without hot water!

I Have been in this apartment for 2 years. The first week I moved in, someone tried to break into my car and messed up my door. A few months the same year, someone stole my car and the police found the car 2 days after with it being messed up. When I told the apartment office they couldn't do anything about it. When I asked them why they didn't have cameras in the back, they said they decided not to have cameras there because they have security that walks around there, which isn't convincing. And now today, they broke into my car, broke the window, opened my glove box, and took out everything. This is not an apartment to rent, if you want a safe place to stay, infinity on the mark is not a safe place to be. So, know now or later regret it.

Breana is the best ever! She made the whole experience so smooth. She was so sweet and made sure we had options and we put in an application same day!

The absolute worst. I’ve been here 3 years. And management keeps changing, but the current management is the absolute worse thus far. The first couple of years were quiet because I had few maintenance requests. And a capable maintenance man (Aden). Now that all my appliances are breaking down, I’m being lied to and blatantly disrespected on a regular bases by Rosa (supervisor) and Eduardo (maintenance). DO NOT MOVE HERE! All the reports are true and get worse as the days go by. The gate is never locked. This has been an ongoing issue for years. The mailbox has been broken for a year and it has yet to be fixed. And as of March all of our mail was broken into and stolen… and no one is taking responsibility. This is madness. No one deserves to live like this. I will be reporting my mistreat
