Infinity off Baldwin Park

This was an absolutely fantastic place to live for 2 years. It’s beautiful, great amenities, fantastic leasing staff. This is all still true. I signed my renewal and intended to stay, and then my upstairs neighbor moved out and they decided to remove all of the carpet and it became way too loud. I understand how laminate looks nice, but it amplifies all the noise. I was also frustrated that the option to move to the third floor wasn’t brought to me considering I had shown interest, I hadn’t received a noise complaint, and was a “reliable renter.” This seems like the kind of renter they would want to have on the top floor, not a new renter. This place was great until it wasn’t. The mold problem is 10/10. They have this fun system when you move in and you pay a large fee for absolutely no reason and no deposit and it’s non refundable. was told it’s to make sure “we take care of the apartment so we don’t rely on deposits upon move out for damages” make that make sense. New carpet in the bedroom upon move in. Within two days oil spots on the carpets from bleeding carpets from the manufacturing process. Charged 650 for new carpets upon move out. Talked to maintence guys and they say this place is a total joke. They’re charging almost 2k for a 1 bedroom. It’s insane

I love this place. The area is very clean, it feels safe, and they are on top of maintenance here. The gym is a decent size with great equipment too. I will be staying here as long as I can until I absolutely need to move elsewhere.

Both Armando & Cristina are the absolute best! Hands down the best property staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting since I’ve lived in Orlando over the years. When I first moved in, I came with a million and one questions but Armando was so hands on with helping me make my transition smooth to my new home. They have addressed any need or concern I’ve had immediately and definitely go above and beyond for the residents here! The property is so well maintained, it’s a really safe community, and the staff are so helpful and friendly! Me and my pup absolutely love living at the Infinity off Baldwin!

I've lived in this complex for around 10 years now and have enjoyed it. The complex is nice, and the prices are generally the cheapest or at least competitive compared to the properties surrounding it. The location also can't be beat. All of that has been standard and consistent since I've lived here. What has changed over the years is ownership and management, which varies, but the current team is good. What really prompted this review though was the maintenance team, which I feel has continued to improve over the years. I've had nothing but good experiences with the team in general. They're always around to help out with issues, and usually gets to them the same day even if problems occur outside of business hours and I have to leave a message. Eric in particular however, has been awes
