The HOA manager for Bonita Isle, Lynne Sansoucie, along with the entire office staff, went above and beyond to help me clear an HOA violation during the holiday season so we could maintain our scheduled closing date. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to step in made all the difference. I truly couldn’t have accomplished this without their prompt assistance. They understood exactly what was needed to secure the buyer’s HOA approval and resolve the violation quickly.

Lynne Sansoucie is not a considerate nor responsible property manager. She avoid all calls, emails, sms and will never return them. Before her was a man named Alberto who did exactly the same. I do t recommend

They manage the community im in Miami Gardens, in my 4 years living here I can say the worse management company I've ever experienced. Constant issues, delays, need to call/text/email at least 10 times before I even receive a response. Stay away!

I've been calling and emailing Lynn (the owner of this company) since November 20, last year (2025) and to this date I have not received a response.

This is my second time coming into this office since I purchased my townhouse 2 years ago. Everyone in this office is completely rude and everyone needs to take a customer service class you learn how to speak to people. I pay a HOA fee. No one answers the phone or responds to emails just USELESS!
