Yeah, this is Joe Rogan and apartment B429 just letting you guys know I really do love it here. It’s nice and quiet. I like the atmosphere and all the office people are very very nice. They go either way to help you now and I’m so excited to be staying with you guys and in my in the apartment here yeah, like I was saying, I feel secure and you have great staff excellent staff you know they deserve a race you know for what they do time and time out you know everybody that works here deserves a big guy, big applause and you know a raise cause they really go out their way to help. You guys helped the residence here and I love living here and everything I couldn’t ask for a better place to live and a better company to rent from and like I said the office people are awesome very awesome so that

I had such a great experience living at this apartment complex, but what truly made the biggest difference was the leasing agent, Clarence. From day one, Clarence was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. He didn’t just treat me like another resident...he treated me like a priority. Every question I had, every concern, every situation… he handled it with patience, respect, and a positive attitude. It’s rare to meet someone in leasing who actually loves what they do, but Clarence clearly does. His energy, dedication, and work ethic stand out in the best way. People like him are the reason residents feel comfortable and valued. Even after moving out, I still look back and appreciate how smooth and stress-free my experience was because of him. Just moved in and had to move with out seeing the property. The team was amazing and made the leasing / move in process easy and stress free! Very impressed with how clean and well maintained the building is. Great location, neighbors are very friendly, top notch amenities and very quiet community. :)

My experience was absolutely incredible thanks to Johnetta! From the moment I arrived to the Indigo, she went above and beyond to make the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. She greeted me with such warmth and professionalism that I instantly felt at home. Her knowledge and attention to detail were unmatched, she knew everything about the property, amenities, and local area, and she took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. Mr. Hunt was very nice to me and my husband during our tour we will be applying solely due to his kindness. It was quite busy and Mr. Hunt still made sure all guest felt welcome. Great job keep it up!
