Indianola Park Apartments I

I lived there almost 10 years. I’ve been gone for 3 now upon buying a house but I was always treated with respect and Wade is a good man. I’d go back there if I ever had to. Respect goes both ways.

T& L is the most corrupt people I have ever rented from. Lied to me about pets when I came from Texas to Carlisle then again after they took over Candle Ridge Apts. I M still in the area and will always speak the truth about them and Wade who lied under oath as did the owner.

This was my first choice to locate with the pleasing price and pet friendly …ya not at all pet friendly and same with the the company telling me I need to kennel my dog my dog has never been a kennel dog… that my dog was being loud and it was disrupting the peaceful environment of the community … that’s like telling new parents shut your newborn up it’s crying to much …. As far as snow removal it was always a challenge our first ice storm I was the one salting all the sidewalks as there are elderly people and even some with disability making it an already challenge to get around I first moved in not only did I not once but three times put in a maintenance request to please look at air conditioner it never got done use the tenant portal no way never showed up to fix it I was told when they

This was my first place I got by myself with my family and it was a horrible experience, I had my neighbor try and take my daughter out of my arms while in MY apartment because my daughter was crying (she was sick with double ear infection, had a cold, and teething all at once) Police were called, I also let the apartment manager know what happened and got no response about it, that was a traumatic event and she just acted like it wasn’t a big deal. After all of that happened I started being harassed by the apartment manager, she did atleast 8 apartment checks within a month period, and proceeded to go through my personal belongings and mail while doing so.
