Maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner and staff is always helpful and courteous when I've needed their help. No complaints here.

The apartments are well maintained. Justin does an excellent t job at maintenance.

If I was able to, I wouldn’t leave a star at all. This was one of the worst apartment buildings I have ever lived in. The property manager was nothing but very rude and unprofessional. I had been hung up on and was always told if I have an issue I need to talk to corporate. She lied about a handful of things when I did speak to the new corporate management. I have heard nothing but complaints about this woman. It’s time to go elsewhere when you have that many unhappy tenants. I had issues and took photos of the apartment when I moved in and nothing was every done about it. My deposit was pretty much kept and was told the apartment needed full cleaning and all repainted. I was told to begin with to not list painting as an issue for fixing because they normally paint anyway. I have pictures

The property management is poor and disrespectful. At the beginning of 2014 it was great but it switched over and turned into a run down property that didn't care about it's tenants. We moved out and didn't get any of our deposit back and actually "owed" something when we left it VERY clean. It's unfortunate but I wouldn't recommend living here or putting up with the people managing it. Find another spot.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here, 4th lease now and wonderful new manager Linda, my wife and me are looking forward to 4 more before retiring, you get more support from Carol and metro properties on any repair issues!
